Our Services

Wind Turbine Installation

Our expert team installs and commissions wind turbines onshore and island locations.

We construct new wind farms, expand existing facilities and replace turbines that are ready to be decommissioned.

As technology continues to advance, wind turbines are growing rapidly in size. Larger blades and increased heights make it increasingly important to engage skilled professionals to install your turbines.

Our installation crew includes a transportation team, a mechanical team, a rigging team, and a quality and finishing team. Many of our crew members have worked on wind farms throughout North America, gaining experience in best-practice operations.

We also work with our close partners in the heavy crane industry, with teams specially trained to lift and transport wind turbine components.

Wind Turbine Inspections

With drones, we can view the nacelle, tower, bolt joints and rotor blades from multiple angles. We can evaluate the condition of blades and cabling as well as safety equipment and wear and tear. All drone inspections are captured in high-definition (HD) video for precision viewing. Our advanced drones remain stable even under strong winds, making them ideal for both onshore and offshore wind turbine inspections.

Our technicians are fully trained and experienced.

Wind Turbine Operations and Maintenance

Our company provides operational support for wind farms across Canada. Our qualified technicians ensure that your turbines operate at maximum productivity throughout their lifespan. We perform scheduled and emergency inspections, repairs, replacements, and retrofits.

Timely maintenance helps to control costs, maximize revenue, and reduce risks.

Our fully certified and highly skilled team can complete:

  • Break-in maintenance and torquing

  • Gearbox and generator inspections

  • Parts replacement

  • Retrofits and turbine upgrades

  • Blade inspection and repair solutions, including lightning damage, manufacturing defects, leading edge erosion, vortex generators and lightning receptors

  • Low, medium and high-voltage cabling and testing

  • Commissioning

  • 500-hour servicing

  • Annual servicing

  • Bolt tension checks

  • Scheduled and emergency maintenance and repairs

  • Up tower gearbox inspections, repairs

  • Turbine cleaning services

  • Decommissioning of components.

Hydrogen

We bring hands-on hydrogen expertise to wind energy projects, supporting green hydrogen production, storage, and integration with renewable generation. Our team has worked alongside leading North American hydrogen initiatives, helping wind farm operators explore hydrogen as a pathway to reliable, low-carbon energy.

Wind-to-Battery Storage

We help wind farm operators pair turbines with battery energy storage systems, capturing surplus generation and dispatching it when it is needed most. This improves grid reliability, reduces curtailment, and unlocks additional revenue from stored energy.

Pressure Washing

We offer pressure washing for turbine towers, foundations, transformers and heavy equipment. Removing dirt, oil and buildup makes components easier to inspect and maintain, protects your investment and keeps your site looking professional.

Job Site Security

Wind farms are often built in remote places, and turbine components are valuable and hard to replace. Our job site security services help protect your equipment, parts and materials, keep unauthorized visitors out and keep your project on schedule.
